Here's a movie about YOU!

Just for the sake of having SOMETHING weird in this area... or rather different.  This is a repost from a friend on another forum in part:

Quote:
Imagine that there is a movie all about your life (yes it CAN be fictional!). What you do is put your iPod, media player or other musical device on shuffle (or random if you don't know what shuffle means  Razz ) and fill in the blanks as you go along to discover the soundtrack of your movie. Don't forget to put your thoughts on each song in italics underneath!

Mine from there was:

Opening Credits:
"Represent Cuba" by Orishas featuring Heather Headley
Uh... it's kinda ... It's from Dirty Dancing: Havana Nights.  YOU figure it out!

Waking Up:
"Smooth Criminal" by Michael Jackson
So... said person dies?  Or maybe they'll be the undead?  Or maybe they'll just lead a freaky supernaturally influenced life?  Who knows.

First Day at School:
"Jesus to a Child" by George Michael
Uh... I guess said person discovers friends at school and fall in love?  Heh.  What a joke...

Falling in Love:
"Apologize" by Luther Vandross
(  Sorry... I can't IMAGINE this song for ME.)  Hmmm... basically said person has to make a decision between HIM and another guy which NEATLY leads into the NEXT category...

Breaking Up:
"Buy me a Rose" by Luther Vandross
Got me.  This is a MAKE up song supposedly.  Maybe it's the internal struggle trying to decide WHO to make up with?  And then the decision? <shrug>  Maybe it's just said person tossing both of them to the gods and realizing someone better is needed...

Prom:
"Best things in Life are Free" by Janet Jackson and Luther Vandross
So... the prom is a blast.  Go figure.

Life's Okay:
"Hemisphere" by Sakamoto Maaya
Oddly appropriate.  A song of questioning and perhaps struggles.  Maybe goals are somewhere out there in the distance...

Mental Breakdown:
"He Lives in You (Reprise)" by Lion King Play Soundtrack - Jason Raize and Tsidi Leloka
Guidance from a medicine monke... er... woman.  And suddenly, we ALL break into song!

Driving:
"One Sweet Day: Acapella" by Boys II Men and Mariah Carey (background NOT really accounted for in lyrics)
Reflections while driving... to a funeral.

Flashback:
"If" by Janet Jackson
Uh... song for ... longing?  Maybe wishing for a ROMANTIC night with a forbidden guy?  But now the denial has set in... Take your pick! XD  I don't know... Don't ask me!

Getting Back Together:
"Maniac" by Michael Sembello
Yeah... we're back to wild romance...

Wedding:
"Rinbu Revolution" by Masami Okui (Revolutionary Girl Utena TV soundtrack)
... So... If you watch anime you are probably laughing.  No go on this one more literally so...  NOT taking it so literally, this is a "mad in love and intend to survive separation" thing.

Birth of Child:
"Someday" by Mariah Carey
So... apparently said child (previously born and now more or less grown) has THEIR first breakup!  Parents WATCH said breakup with pride because kid is planning on grinding the bad significant other (SO) to powder... with ENVY and REGRET.

Final Battle:
"Father Figure" by George Michael
NO CLUE.  Spouse dies first and both are dedicated to one another till the end... or ... something...

Death Scene:
"If It Ain't One Thing" by Luther Vandross
Well... I guess someone becomes REALLLLLLLY stereotypical woman on the way out the door.   Said individual moves into being a bad of a spirit making everyone who bothered her in life pay for their transgressions.

Funeral Song:
"Sweet Dreams (are made of this)" by Eurythmics
Hmmm... Still around or something, probably getting a bit more revenge or causing trouble.  Donno.

End Credits:
"In My Mind" by Heather Headley
Evidently the spirit giving up it's evil ways and such and decides that revenge has been given and goes on to become a guide spirit...

All together, FREAKY choices.

Either way, you get your songs then interpret the meaning in that spot in your life.  Good luck!  You can see it can end up WEIRD!  In short, I need to try this again! >__<
