Rules

Please follow these rules as you agreed to them when you registered for this forum:

While the administrators and moderators of this forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.

You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful, threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The IP address of all posts is recorded to aid in enforcing these conditions. You agree that the webmaster, administrator and moderators of this forum have the right to remove, edit, move or close any topic at any time should they see fit. As a user you agree to any information you have entered above being stored in a database. While this information will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent the webmaster, administrator and moderators cannot be held responsible for any hacking attempt that may lead to the data being compromised.

This forum system uses cookies to store information on your local computer. These cookies do not contain any of the information you have entered above; they serve only to improve your viewing pleasure. The e-mail address is used only for confirming your registration details and password (and for sending new passwords should you forget your current one).

Addendum for March 08, 2006:
It has come to Management's attention that some members (who will not be named) have also registered in over 22,000 other forums around the internet. And the fact that they are all within minutes of each other, leads us to believe that something is amiss. It was actually found out later that this is what you call an automated script.

Therefore, The management has decided to implement the following changes to the rules:

This forum will check with Members as soon as they register to acertain that they are indeed real people and not a script.

This is to ensure that we have actual forum members and not machines. These accounts in the past (or in other forums) have been linked to spamming, trolling, and troublemaking.

To prevent automated scripts from signing up for these forums, we have implemented new security measures. Those security measures are not and will not be disclosed.

Any forum registration email or Private message that bounces back or does not respond within 24 hours will be investigated. If within 24 hours to 48 hours there is no response or the owner of the username in question does not make arrangements to fix the email address to a working one, will have their account either banned or deleted.

Addendum for May 23, 2006:

Due to events within the past few months, The management has decided to do the following:
All registration requests will ONLY be authorized and approved by the Administrator.
All decisions are final.

We the management apologize and appreciate your patience on this matter.

These changes are being implemented to make it safe for all forum members and moderators.

Thank you,
phpbb forum Group and The Management.
